OK, maybe you can help on this one.  I didn’t have time to pour over the name and figure it  out exactly – any ideas? (Thanks to Pam Williams) , yes if you see his other pieces on the blog there is a definite similarity.

    He is also sitting in front of a nook or cabinet bed – see the small curtained window?

    A glass tankard–that really surprised me. It looks so very modern, and yet it isn’t, obviously. I also appreciate the slightly bowed candle–gee, now I don’t feel so bad when mine come out like that!

    I have no idea who painted this but love the picture. It looks like the guys who man our tavern at Fort Watauga during musters. Love the details in this painting!
